晋北地区耐荫大豆品种筛选及其形态与生理响应研究OA

Shade-Tolerant Soybean Varieties Screening in Northern Shanxi Region and Study on Their Morphological and Physiological Response

为更高效地集约利用土地资源,筛选适宜晋北地区种植的优质耐荫性大豆品种,本研究以9 个不同大豆品种为试验材料,设置3 种光照处理,分别为100%全自然光(T0),50%遮荫(T1)和100%遮荫(T2)的室内试验,分析不同品种大豆在差异性光照处理下的形态及生理响应,筛选出适宜晋北地区种植的大豆品种.结果表明:遮荫显著提高了不同品种大豆的株高和第一节间长,降低了叶面积、木质素含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,提高了叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT 和 POD)活性和丙二醛含量.在参试的9 个品种中,合农66、冀豆29、合黄1 号和黑农504 整体指标变化较小,表明其在遮荫胁迫下适应性较强.相关性分析结果显示,遮荫胁迫下可溶性蛋白是评估大豆木质素含量变化的优选指标.综合评价各指标得出合农66、黑农504 和冀豆29 为更适应晋北地区种植的耐荫大豆品种.

To achieve more efficient and intensive utilization of land resources and screen high-quality shade-tolerant soybean varieties suitable for cultivation in the North Shanxi Region,this study used 9 soybean varieties as experimental materials and conducted an indoor experiment with three light treatments:100%full natural light(T0),50%shading(T1),and 100%shading(T2).It analyzed the morphological and physiological responses of different soybean varieties under differential light treatments,aiming to screen out soybean varieties suitable for planting in the North Shanxi Region.The results showed that shading significantly increased the plant height and length of the first internode of different soybean varieties,while decreasing leaf area,lignin content,soluble protein content,and soluble sugar content.In contrast,shading increased chlorophyll content,activities of antioxidant enzymes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)],and malondialdehyde(MDA)content.Among the 9 tested varieties,Henong 66,Jidou 29,Hehuang 1,and Heinong 504 exhibited relatively small changes in overall indicators,indicating their strong adaptability under shading stress.The results of correlation analysis showed that under shading stress,soluble protein is the preferred indicator for evaluating changes in soybean lignin content.Comprehensive evaluation of various indicators revealed that Henong 66,Heinong 504,and Jidou 29 are more suitable shade-tolerant soybean varieties for cultivation in the North Shanxi Region.
