为了解和明确新疆不同大豆产区蓟马的种类组成,指导大豆田蓟马的精准防控,采用目测法和扫网法对新疆5 个代表性地区的大豆田蓟马种类进行调查,利用传统形态学和 DNA 条形码技术鉴定蓟马种类,在此基础上比较其多样性,并分析物种组成结构.结果表明:在新疆喀什、阿克苏、奎屯、石河子和伊犁 5 个地区一共采集到 4 279 头蓟马,隶属于2 科4 属5 种,包括烟蓟马(Thrips tabaci)、花蓟马(Frankliniella intonsa)、西花蓟马(F.occidentalis)、塔六点蓟马(Scolothrips takahashii)和横纹蓟马(Aeolothrips fasciatus),其中花蓟马和烟蓟马为优势种,塔六点蓟马和横纹蓟马为捕食性天敌.阿克苏、喀什、伊犁、石河子和奎屯5 个地区蓟马群落的物种丰富度相同;Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数为喀什>奎屯>阿克苏>石河子>伊犁;Simpson 优势集中性指数为伊犁>石河子>阿克苏>喀什=奎屯.聚类分析结果表明,位于新疆南部的喀什和阿克苏2 个地区聚为同一支,而新疆北部的奎屯、石河子和伊犁 3 个地区则各自为一支.本研究通过分析新疆不同地区大豆田蓟马的种群差异,为采取科学防治措施、遏制该类害虫进一步为害及扩散提供了理论参考.

To understand and clarify the species composition of thrips in different soybean production areas of Xinjiang,and guide the precise control of thrips in soybean fields,in this study,thrips in soybean fields from five representative regions in Xinjiang were surveyed using visual observation and sweep-net methods.The species of thrips were identified using traditional morphology and DNA barcoding techniques.Based on this,the diversity of thrips was compared,and the species composition structure was analyzed.The results showed that a total of 4 279 thrips were collected from five regions in Xinjiang,including Kashi,Aksu,Kuitun,Shihezi,and Yili.These thrips belong to 2 families,4 genera,and 5 species,namely Thrips tabaci,Frankliniella intonsa,F.occidentalis,Scolothrips takahashii,and Aeolothrips fasciatus.Among them,F.intonsa and Thrips tabaci were the dominant species,while Scolothrips takahashii and Aeolothrips fasciatus were predatory natural enemies.The species richness of thrips communities in the five regions of Aksu,Kashi,Yili,Shihezi,and Kuitun was the same.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index was in the order of Kashi>Kuitun>Aksu>Shihezi>Yili.The Simpson dominance index was in the order of Yili>Shihezi>Aksu>Kashi=Kuitun.The cluster analysis results showed that the two regions in southern Xinjiang,Kashi and Aksu,clustered into the same branch,while the three regions in northern Xinjiang,Kuitun,Shihezi,and Yili,each formed a separate branch.This study analyzed the population differences of thrips in soybean fields across different regions of Xinjiang,providing a theoretical reference for the development of scientific control measures to curb further damage and spread of these pests.
