氧化锌避雷器是现代配电线路防雷中的重要一环,但目前对于线路所使用避雷器的选取仍以单重雷击下的数据作为标准.而在自然界中,多重雷击的比例超过40%,短暂时间内的冲击放电对避雷器的耐雷水平提出了更高的要求.因此,文中通过实验的方式,研究了一种42 mm氧化锌电阻片在雷击间隔10ms的4/10 µs雷电流作用下,分别受到单重、二重以及三重雷击时的电气性能(残压、参考电压)变化,得到该电阻片对于单、二、三重雷击的耐受电流极限分别为120 kA、112 kA与83 kA,所对应雷击总能量分别为28.5kJ、36.4kJ与37.2kJ,因此多重雷下电流幅值低于单重雷,极限能量高于单重雷.建立了有限元仿真模型,电阻片在承受雷击时,主要存在热应力与电阻片本身发热的作用.仿真说明单重雷的应力大,导致部分单重雷出现了炸裂,而二重和三重雷的应力较小,不足以导致电阻片炸裂,而由于温升增加,导致了侧面闪络的发生.

Zinc oxide arrester is an important part of modern distribution line lightning protection,while currently the selection of arrester used in lines is still based on the data under single lightning strike.In nature,the proportion of multiple lightning strikes exceeds 40%,and the impact discharge in a short pe-riod of time puts higher requirements on the lightning withstand level of the arrester.Therefore,the au-thor studies the electrical performance(residual voltage,reference voltage)changes of a 42 mm zinc ox-ide resistor under the action of 4/10 µs lightning current with a lightning interval of 10 ms,when it is subjected to single,double,and triple lightning strikes,respectively.The withstand current limits of the resistor for single,double,and triple lightning strikes are 120 kA,112 kA,and 83 kA,respectively,and the corresponding total lightning energy is 28.5 kJ,36.4 kJ,and 37.2 kJ,respectively.Therefore,the current amplitude under multiple lightning is lower than that under single lightning,and the limit energy is higher than that under single lightning.A finite element simulation model is proposed.When the resis-tor is subjected to lightning strikes,the main effects are thermal stress and heating of the resistor itself.The simulation shows that the stress of single lightning is large,resulting in some single lightning strikes exploding,while the stress of double and triple lightning strikes is small,which is not enough to cause the resistor to explode.Due to the increase in temperature rise,side flashover occurs.
