Autonomous Navigation Method for Remote Intelligent Inspection Robot in Wind Farm Step-Up Substation Using Vision LiDAR
升压站内部设备众多且布局紧凑,这些设备会对机器人的导航信号产生遮挡,影响机器人对自身位置的精确判断.为此,提出视觉激光雷达下风电场升压站远程智能巡检机器人自主导航方法.针对风电场升压站利用视觉激光雷达生成点云数据,描述巡检目标的具体位置;建立智能巡检机器人运动环境栅格地图,明确导航机器人的运动范围;并基于此,引入动态优先级优化算法,规划远程智能巡检机器人的导航轨迹.试验结果表明,本文所提方法巡检机器人的姿态角与期望值一致,且导航路径也可达到最优.
The interior of a step-up substation is crowded with numerous pieces of equipment.These devices will block the navigation signals of the robot,affecting its precise judgment of its own position.Therefore,it proposes an autonomous navigation method for a re-mote intelligent inspection robot operating in a wind farm step-up substation under vision LiDAR.For the wind-farm step-up substation,it generates the point cloud data by vision LiDAR to describe the specific location of the inspection target.It establishes a grid map of the movement environment for intelligent inspection robots to clearly define the movement range of the navigation robots.And on this basis,it introduces a dynamic-priority optimization algorithm to plan the navigation trajectory of the remote intelligent inspection robot.Experi-mental results show that the robot's attitude angles match the expected values and the planned navigation paths are optimal.
