针对循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉在深调负荷下NOx容易超标的问题,通过fluent软件对CFB锅炉内部流场进行数值模拟,研究了CFB锅炉流动特征,分析了低负荷条件下导致NOx超标的原因.结果表明,燃料主要集中在密相区燃烧,该区域颗粒流动呈现典型的"环-核"结构特征,NO的大量生成集中在该位置.当密相区的CO浓度较高时,会抑制NO的生成.通过多次数值分析计算,确定最佳配风比例的一次风率为4、二次风率为6 时NO生成量最低,最有利于实现超低NOx排放.

In response to the problem of NOx exceeding the standard in circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers under deep adjustment load,the internal flow field of CFB boilers is numerically simulated using fluent software.It studies the flow characteristics of circulat-ing fluidized bed boilers,and analysizes the factors leading to NOx exceeding the standard under low load conditions.The results indi-cate that the combustion of fuel is mainly concentrated in the dense phase region,where particle flow exhibits a typical"ring core"structure.The large amount of NO generation is concentrated in this position,and the CO concentration in the dense phase region will inhibit the generation of NO.Through multiple numerical analyses and calculations,the optimal air distribution ratio is determined to be a primary air rate of 4,with the lowest NO generation at a secondary air rate of 6,which is most conducive to achieving ultra-low NOx emissions.
