基于灵活接地系统的故障处理仿真与实践OA
Simulation and Practice of Fault Handling Based on Flexible Grounding System
配电网发生单相接地故障后,中性点经消弧线圈接地方式存在故障选线及人身安全的问题,小电阻接地方式存在供电可靠性及高阻识别的问题.为此,在国网某配电真型试验场利用集中参数模拟分布参数,实践验证了中性点灵活接地方式在电网发生瞬时性接地故障时,能使瞬时性接地电弧自熄弧,故障点绝缘恢复,确保供电可靠性;判断为永久性接地故障时,自动切换开关动态投切为消弧线圈并电阻接地方式进行快速故障选线,具有较强的高阻识别能力.通过Matlab仿真平台模拟与现场实践相结合,验证了灵活接地方式在配电网单相接地故障处理时的有效性和优越性,可为现场应用提供参考.
After a single phase grounding fault occurs in the distribution network,the grounding method of the neutral point through arc suppression coils has issues of fault line selection and personal safety,while the grounding method with low resistance has problems of power supply reliability and high resistance identification.For this reason,in a certain distribution real-type test field of State Grid,centralized parameters are used to simulate distributed parameters.It is verified in practice that the flexible grounding method of the neutral point can self-extinguishes the instantaneous grounding arc and restore the insulation of the fault point when a transient ground-ing fault occurs in the power grid,ensuring the reliability of power supply.When it is determined to be a permanent grounding fault,the automatic switching switch dynamically switches to the arc suppression coil and resistance grounding method for rapid fault line se-lection,which has a strong ability to identify high resistance.It verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the flexible grounding method in handling single-phase grounding faults in distribution networks through the combination of simulation on the Matlab simula-tion platform and on-site practice,providing a reference for on-site application.
