东北地区风、光资源丰富,具备较好的开发条件.随着"双碳"目标的提出,东北地区风电、光伏等新能源将迎来新的大发展时期.但受东北地区电力市场需求及电网输电能力等因素影响,新能源发展存在消纳和自消纳转化单一等问题,且受一次能源匮乏影响,以火电为供应主体的供热模式也存在受煤源、煤价等因素影响较大的保供风险.针对东北地区现有供热体系及新能源发展面临的困难和问题,本文以氢能供热为切入点,对绿氢供热模式在东北地区开展的可行性进行分析和展望,并提出绿氢供热需要关注的重点问题.

The Northeastern region is rich in wind and solar resources and has favorable conditions for development.With the proposal of the"dual carbon"goal,new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power in Northeastern region will usher in a new period of development.However,due to factors such as the power market demand in Northeastern region and the transmission capacity of the power grid,there are problems such as the single conversion of consumption and self-consumption in the development of new energy.Due to the shortage of primary energy,the heating model mainly supplied by thermal power also faces a risk of supply guaran-tee being affected by factors such as coal sources and coal prices.In view of the difficulties and problems faced by the existing heating system and the development of new energy in Northeastern region,it takes hydrogen energy heating as the starting point to analyze and prospect the feasibility of implementing the green hydrogen heating model in Northeastern region,and puts forward the key issues that need attention in green hydrogen heating.
