Research and Application of Automatic Testing System for Relay Protection Devices
继电保护装置通过检测电力系统故障,采取适当的措施以保护电力设备免受损坏,是电力系统中保障安全稳定运行的核心设备.传统继电保护装置测试依赖大量人力与时间,且易出现误操作,为此开发了一套继电保护装置性能自动化测试系统,以提升测试效率和准确性.该系统集成上位机控制模块、下位机执行模块、测试用例数据库模块,支持短时配置与高效执行.同时提出一种基于助记符表的通道自动映射方法,有效解决了测试仪客户端手动配置的难题,提升了系统智能化水平.通过搭建实际测试平台验证,该系统具备自动化执行、多功能性、高度可配置性、数据分析与报告生成能力、用户友好性等特点,可显著提高测试效率、准确性与可靠性,为电力行业继电保护测试提供全面技术支持.
Relay protection devices are used to detect faults and take appropriate measures to protect power equipment from damage,and they play an irreplaceable role in the power system.Traditional relay protection device testing typically requires a significant amount of manual involvement and effort,and is prone to misoperation and errors.In order to shorten testing time and improve the accuracy of test results,an automated testing system for detecting the performance of relay protection devices has emerged.The system integrates upper computer control module,lower computer execution module,and test case database module,with the characteristics of efficient execu-tion in short-term configuration.At the same time,a channel automatic mapping method based on mnemonic tables is proposed,which effectively solves the manual configuration dilemma of the tester client and makes the entire testing system more intelligent.By building an actual testing platform,it further demonstrates that the testing system has the characteristics of automated execution,multifunctionali-ty,highly configurable,data analysis and report generation,user-friendly,etc.It can improve testing efficiency,accuracy,and relia-bility,and provide comprehensive support for relay protection testing in the power industry.
