为了系统提升房屋结构安全鉴定中金属构件损伤评估的准确性与可靠性,文章以爆炸冲击后的钢柱为例,通过介绍塑性损伤机理及多层级评估方法,提出整合外观检查、无损检测和数值模拟的综合评估方案,得出该方案可实现损伤定量化诊断与分级处置的结论.研究结果表明:该综合体系能够显著提高损伤评估精度,为工程安全鉴定与决策提供有效技术支撑.

To systematically enhance the accuracy and reliability of damage assessment for metal components in building structure safety appraisal,this paper takes steel columns after explosion shock as an example.By introducing the plastic damage mechanism and multi-level assessment methods,a comprehensive assessment scheme integrating visual inspection,non-destructive testing,and numerical simulation is proposed.It concludes that this scheme can achieve quantitative diagnosis and graded treatment of damages.The research results show that this comprehensive system significantly improves the accuracy of damage assessment and provides effective technical support for engineering safety appraisal and decision-making.
