Study on Preparation and Properties of Ecological Ultra-High Performance Concrete

本研究以碱渣、海砂分别取代矿粉及河砂,制备生态型超高性能混凝土(UHPC).结果表明:UHPC 抗折强度随碱渣替换率升高而降低;碱渣替换率为 20%时,抗压强度达最大值 143.2 MPa,高于空白组 131.6 MPa;海砂替换率为20%时,高温水养护后试件抗折强度为 12.92 MPa、抗压强度为 142.6 MPa.

In this paper,eco-friendly ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)was prepared by replacing mineral powder and river sand with soda residue(alkali slag)and sea sand at various substitution ratios,respectively.The results show that the flexural strength of UHPC decreases with the increase of soda residue substitution ratio.The maximum compressive strength of 143.2 MPa is obtained at 20%soda residue substitution,which is higher than that of the control group(131.6 MPa).At 20%sea sand substitution,the flexural strength and compressive strength of specimens after high-temperature water curing are 12.92 MPa and 142.6 MPa,respectively.
