低生糖指数饼干联合司美格鲁肽对2型糖尿病肥胖的影响研究OA
Effect of low glycemic index biscuits combined with Semaglutide on type 2 diabetes with obesity
目的 探讨低生糖指数(GI)饼干联合司美格鲁肽对2型糖尿病(T2DM)肥胖患者糖脂代谢、心肺功能及血清分泌型卷曲相关蛋白-5(SFRP5)、富亮氨酸α-2糖蛋白-1(LRG1)水平的影响.方法 选取300例T2DM 肥胖患者,随机分为3组,A组采用常规膳食、常规治疗进行体重管理,B组在A组治疗基础上加用司美格鲁肽进行体重管理,C组在B组治疗基础上再加用低 GI饼干进行体重管理,比较3组患者治疗前后肥胖相关指标(BMI、腰围、体脂率),糖脂代谢[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、TC、TG、LDL-C、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、心肺功能[左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(ESV)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)与FVC比值(FEV/FVC)]及SFRP5、LRG1水平变化情况.结果 治疗后,B组BMI、腰围、体脂率、FPG、2hPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、HOMA-IR,EDV、ESV、LRG1水平低于 A 组(P<0.05),C组以上指标低于B组(P<0.05);B组FVC、FEV1/FVC、SFRP5水平高于A组(P<0.05),C组以上指标高于B组(P<0.05).结论 低GI饼干联合司美格鲁肽能够明显减轻 T2DM 肥胖患者体重,降低体脂率,减轻心室负荷,改善糖脂代谢及心肺功能,并上调SFRP5表达,抑制LRG1表达.
Objective To investigate the effects of combining low glycemic index(GI)biscuits with Semaglutide on glycolipid metabolism,cardiopulmonary function,and the serum levels of secreted frizzled-re-lated protein 5(SFRP5)and leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein-1(LRG1)in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 300 obese patients with T2DM were selected and randomly divided in-to three groups.Group A received weight management through conventional diet and conventional treatment.Group B received weight management with the addition of Semaglutide based on the treatment of Group A.Group C received weight management with the addition of low-GI biscuits based on the treatment of Group B.The changes in obesity-related indicators(BMI,waist circumference,body fat percentage),glucose and lipid metabolism[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),TC,TG,LDL-C,ho-meostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)],cardiopulmonary function[left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(ESV),forced vital capacity(FVC),the rati-o of forced expiratory volume in the first second to FVC(FEV1/FVC)],and the levels of SFRP5 and LRG1 were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the BMI,waist circumference,body fat percentage,FPG,2hPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HOMA-IR,EDV,ESV,and LRG1 levels in Group B were lower than those in Group A(P<0.05),and these indicators in Group C were lower than those in Group B(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1/FVC,and SFRP5 levels in Group B were higher than those in Group A(P<0.05),and these indicators in Group C were higher than those in Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The combi-nation of low GI biscuits and Semaglutide significantly reduces body weight,decreases body fat percentage,lowers ventricular load,improves glucose and lipid metabolism and cardiopulmonary function,upregulates SFRP5 expression,and inhibits LRG1 expression in obese patients with T2DM.
