面向复杂环境的超密集网络小区合并技术研究OA

Research on cell merging techniques for ultra-dense networks in complex environments

部署超密集网络虽然可以有效解决无线物联网设备激增带来的数据速率挑战问题,但也引入了严重的小区间干扰.为此,构建了小区合并问题的数学模型,使用频谱效率(spectral efficiency,SE)与能量效率(energy efficiency,EE)双指标线性组合衡量系统性能的优化程度,最大化系统通信能力.为解决整数规划问题,提出了基于经验的小区合并算法以及基于禁忌搜索的小区合并算法,并通过大量仿真对比分析了不同合并算法对系统通信能力的影响.仿真结果表明,使用小区合并技术可显著提升信干噪比(signal to interference plus noise ratio,SINR).此外,所提算法能够有效解决基于人工经验的小区合并策略在优化SE与EE方面的问题,在提升SINR约 7 dB的基础上进一步优化系统通信能力.

Although the deployment of ultra-dense networks can effectively address the data rate challenges posed by the rapid growth of wireless Internet of Things(IoT)devices in future networks,it also introduces severe inter-cell interference.To tackle this issue,a mathematical model of the cell merging problem is constructed.A performance evaluation metric based on a linear combination of spectral efficiency(SE)and energy efficiency(EE)is proposed to measure the optimization level of the system,with the objective of maximizing overall communication capacity.To solve the resulting integer programming problem,an experience-based cell merging algorithm and a tabu search-based cell merging algorithm are proposed.Extensive simulations are conducted to compare the impact of different merging strategies on system communication performance.Simulation results show that the application of cell merging techniques can significantly improve the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio(SINR).Moreover,the proposed algorithms effectively overcome the limitations of experience-based strategies in optimizing SE and EE,achieving an additional improvement in system communication capacity on top of an approximate 7 dB increase in SINR.
