应然与实然:大学生思想政治教育质量评价的问题与出路OA

The quality evaluation of ideological and political education for university students is a key link in promoting the scientific,standardized,and professional development of ideological and political education in universities,and an important way to advance its high-quality development.Currently,this quality evaluation is mainly confronted with dilemmas such as"instrumentalization"of value orientation,"narrowing"and"fragmentation"of evaluation content,and"simplification"and"formalization"of evaluation methods.To construct a scientific education quality evaluation system,it is necessary to first return to the educational essence of"imparting values,teaching knowledge and resolving doubts"to interpret the connotation of evaluation,in particular,the essence of"imparting values"-the guiding layer of political beliefs and value rationality;the foundation of"teaching knowledge"-the construction layer of theoretical armament and thinking ability;and the key to"resolving doubts"-the empowerment layer of individual care and growth development.On this basis,countermeasures are explored by establishing an evaluation concept of"taking student's sense of gain as the core",constructing a trinity comprehensive evaluation index system of"imparting values,teaching knowledge and resolving doubts",innovating an evaluation method system featuring"multi-subject,whole-process and digitalization",and improving the application mechanism of evaluation results centered on"promoting construction through evaluation with a focus on improvement".
