扫频介电测井响应特征与快速均质反演方法OA
Response Characteristics and Fast Homogeneous Inversion Method for Sweep-Frequency Dielectric Logging
针对扫频介电测井迭代法均质反演存在的计算效率低、多解性等问题,亟需发展一种兼顾速度与精度的快速均质反演方法.以斯伦贝谢公司的阵列介电仪(Array Dielectric Tool,ADT)为例开展研究.首先,计算并建立了均质响应数据库,系统分析了仪器均质响应特征;其次,根据仪器在不同电性参数区间的均质响应特征,提出了对介电常数按分段线性分布采样、对电导率按对数线性分布采样的非均匀图版局部加密采样方案,及相应的非均匀图版快速均质反演方法,并开展了加密采样方案优化与相应的反演性能测试;最后,将本文提出的快速均质反演方法分别应用于非均质模型正演响应和实际测井响应的数据处理并进行验证.研究结果表明:①随着图版采样密度的增加,反演用时仅增加约 3 倍,图版内响应点的介电常数、电导率反演平均绝对百分比误差降幅分别约为 89.0%、82.3%,图版外响应点的介电常数、电导率反演平均绝对百分比误差降幅分别约为 97.5%、97.3%,即在计算成本小幅增加的前提下,实现了精度的显著提升,取得了良好的效率与精度平衡;②对于非均质模型正演和实测响应数据,本文快速均质反演所得各极化方式、各源距的视介电常数和视电导率,均和斯伦贝谢公司的均质反演研究结果吻合;③在普通计算设备上单一工作方式单点实测响应数据反演平均用时仅约 4.5 ms,反演速度满足工程应用需求.本文提出的快速均质反演方法,为扫频介电测井资料的高效处理提供了可靠的技术支撑.
To address the issues of low computational efficiency and non-uniqueness in iterative homogeneous inversion of swept-frequency dielectric logging,this paper aims to develop a fast homogeneous inversion method that balances speed and accuracy.The study is conducted using the Schlumberger's array dielectric tool(ADT)as an example.First,a homogeneous response database is calculated and established,and the tool's homogeneous response characteristics are systematically analyzed.Subsequently,based on the tool's response characteristics in different electrical property parameter intervals,a non-uniform template local refinement sampling scheme is proposed:sampling the dielectric constant with piecewise linear distribution and sampling the conductivity with log-linear distribution.Correspondingly,a fast homogeneous inversion method using this non-uniform template is developed.Optimization of the refinement sampling scheme and corresponding inversion performance tests are carried out.Finally,the proposed fast homogeneous inversion method is applied to and validated by processing data from forward modeling responses of heterogeneous models and actual field logging responses.The research results indicate:①With the increase of template sampling density,the inversion time only increases by approximately 3 times.Within the template,the mean absolute percentage errors of inverted dielectric constant and conductivity decrease by about 89.0%and 82.3%,respectively.Outside the template,these errors decrease by up to approximately 97.5%and 97.3%.This demonstrates a significant improvement in accuracy with a minor increase in computational cost,achieving a favorable balance between efficiency and precision.②For both the heterogeneous model forward responses and the field measurement data,the apparent dielectric constants and conductivities obtained by the proposed fast homogeneous inversion method for different polarizations and spacings show good agreement with the results from Schlumberger's homogeneous inversion.③The average inversion time for a single measurement point response data in a single working mode on a standard computing device is only about 4.5 ms,meeting the requirements for engineering applications.The fast homogeneous inversion method proposed in this paper provides reliable technical support for the efficient processing of swept-frequency dielectric logging data.
