面向电流互感器饱和检测的磁敏传感器误差修正方法OA
Error Correction Method for Magnetic Sensor for Current Transformer Saturation Detection
电流互感器在复杂磁环境下,由于磁场的不均匀性和磁场强度的变化,导致磁敏传感器的测量误差增加,提出面向电流互感器饱和检测的磁敏传感器误差修正方法.模拟电流互感器饱和检测过程,确定检测过程中磁敏传感器导致的误差类型.采用理论计算的方式,计算电流互感器饱和状态下磁通量、磁场强度等磁场参数,通过磁敏传感器实时输出值的统计及其与理论值的对比,确定检测误差值的求解结果.采用自身校正、铁磁干扰校正以及电流补偿三种方式,实现磁敏传感器的误差修正工作.测试结果表明:设计方法误差修正后磁敏传感器的磁通量和磁场强度修正偏差明显降低,同时电流互感器饱和检测输出的磁滞回线与实际情况一致,误差降低约 0.87 Wb.
In the complex magnetic environment of current transformer,the measurement error of magnetic sensor increases due to the non-uniformity of magnetic field and the change of magnetic field intensity.An error correction method for saturation detection of mag-netic sensor is proposed.The saturation detection process of current transformers is simulated and the type of error caused by magnetic sensors during the detection process is determined.Theoretical calculations is used to calculate the magnetic field parameters such as magnetic flux and magnetic field strength under the saturation state of the current transformer.Through the statistical analysis of the re-al-time output value of the magnetic sensor and its comparison with the theoretical value,the solution result of the detection error value is determined.Three methods is determined self correction,ferromagnetic interference correction,and current compensation are used to achieve error correction of magnetic sensors.The test results show that the correction deviation of magnetic flux and magnetic field strength of the magnetic sensor is obviously reduced after the error correction of the design method,the hysteresis loop of the output of the saturation detection of the current transformer is consistent with the actual situation,and the error is reduced by about 0.87 Wb.
