网络亚文化冲击下高校育人机制的困境及对策研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of University Education Mechanisms under the Impact of Online Subcultures
在数字化时代背景下,网络亚文化已深度渗透大学生日常生活,对其价值观念、认知逻辑、语言体系等产生显著冲击,也使高校育人机制面临新的挑战与困境.本文以河北省部分高校954名大学生为样本,通过问卷调查与实证分析,构建"网络亚文化参与度—教育困境认知—高校育人机制效能感知"的中介模型.研究采用SPSS 26.0与AMOS等工具进行信效度检验、验证性因子分析、相关性与中介效应分析,揭示了网络亚文化冲击下高校育人机制面临的现实困境,并提出相应的解决对策.
In the context of the digital era,online subcultures have deeply penetrated the daily lives of university students,exerting a significant impact on their values,cognitive logic,linguistic systems,and behavioral habits.This has also posed new challenges and dilemmas for university education mechanisms.Taking 954 university students from several universities in Hebei Province as samples,this paper constructs a mediation model of"online subculture participation—perception of educational dilemmas—perceived effectiveness of university education mechanisms"through questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis.The study utilizes tools such as SPSS 26.0 and AMOS for reliability and validity testing,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,and mediation effect analysis.The research reveals the dual role of online subcultures in shaping university students'educational cognition:they are not only a challenge but also an opportunity for improvement.Based on this,universities should fully understand the extent to which students are influenced by online subcultures,promptly adjust and optimize their education mechanisms,enhance the overall effectiveness of these mechanisms,and promote the development of high-quality talents with correct values in the digital age.
