农村电商发展对县域多维贫困缓解的效应分析OACHSSCD

Rural e-commerce is an important engine to link the achievements of rural poverty alleviation with rural revitalization.Based on the county-level panel data from 2010 to 2021,this study takes the comprehensive demonstration county policy for e-commerce entering rural areas as a quasi-natural experiment,and test the impact of rural e-commerce development on county-level multidimensional poverty by a multi-period Difference-in-Dif-ferences(DID)model and a spatial DID model.The results show that:First,rural e-commerce development can significantly alleviate county-level multidimensional poverty,and the conclusion remains valid after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests.Second,mechanism tests indicate that rural e-commerce development alleviates county-level multidimensional poverty mainly by enhancing entrepreneurial activity and promoting the agricultural services industry.Third,rural e-commerce development exhibits a spatial spillover effect,which can significantly reduce the level of multidimensional poverty in surrounding counties.Fourth,heterogeneity tests show that the impact is more obvious in the south,non-poor counties,and areas with a higher level of digital rural construction.
