中药靶向调控抗氧化酶治疗血管性痴呆的研究进展OA
Research progress in targeted regulation of antioxidant enzymes in the treatment of vascular dementia by traditional Chinese medicine
血管性痴呆(VaD)是指由脑血管病变导致的认知功能障碍综合征,近年来随着老龄化进程的加剧,其患病率不断攀升,如何有效地防治该疾病已成为学界广泛关注的热点,相较于传统的西药治疗,中药具有多靶点协同、安全有效的特点.目前该领域研究较多的有超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,靶向抗氧化酶可以通过改善氧化应激、抑制炎症反应,保护血脑屏障、调控神经元自噬以及抑制细胞凋亡等发挥对VaD的神经保护作用.基于此,本研究分别以中药单体、复方为切入点展开综述,系统归纳了黄酮类、提取物、萜类、多糖类、酚类、皂苷类、化瘀剂、开窍剂、补益剂等治疗VaD的临床应用进展.以期为后续探索其发病机制以及深入研究中药防治VaD奠定理论基础,亦为新药的研发提供新思路.
Vascular dementia(VaD)refers to cognitive dysfunction syndrome caused by cerebrovascular lesions.In recent years,with the intensification of aging process,the prevalence of the disease has been rising.How to effectively prevent and treat the disease has become a hot spot in the academic community.Compared with traditional Western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-target synergy,safety and effectiveness.At present,there are many studies in this field such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and glutathione peroxidase(GPxs).Targeted antioxidant enzymes can exert neuroprotective effects on VaD by improving oxidative stress,inhibiting inflammatory responses,protecting the blood-brain barrier,regulating neuronal autophagy,and inhibiting apoptosis.Based on this,this study takes TCM monomers and compounds as the starting points to review the clinical application progress of flavonoids,extracts,terpenes,polysaccharides,phenols,saponins,stasis-reducing agents,orifice-opening agents,and tonic agents in the treatment of VaD.The aim is to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent exploration of its pathogenesis and in-depth study of the prevention and treatment of VaD in traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide new ideas for the research and development of new drugs.
