基于"痞坚之处,必有伏阳"理论探讨三阴性乳腺癌OA

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)exhibits high invasiveness,elevated risk of recurrence and metastasis,and poor prognosis,and lacks clear therapeutic targets.Based on the analysis of women's physiological and pathological characteristics in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,it is believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of TNBC are that Yangming meridian deficiency,insufficient yang energy,and deficiency of liver and kidney essence are the core conditions for the onset of the disease,emotional trauma and qi stagnation are constitutional factors,the concurrent generation of phlegm and stasis which persistently accumulate in the milk ducts is foundation for its progression,and latent yang transforming into fire and pathogenic toxins spreading throughout the body are key factors in metastasis.Based on the theory of"where there is mass hardness,there must be latent yang",this paper discusses the prevention and treatment ideas of TNBC,and the treatment methods include warming yang to transform qi,promoting qi circulation to resolve stagnation,resolving phlegm and dispersing stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying,and tonifying qi and nourishing blood.By integrating classical TCM theories with modern medical mechanisms,this study aims to provide novel insights for the clinical treatment of TNBC.
