内蒙古公路充电设施发展现状及对策研究OA

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Highway Charging Facilities in Inner Mongolia

公路沿线充电设施是电动汽车产业可持续发展的关键支撑.本文从内蒙古自治区地广人稀、冬季严寒、区域发展不均衡等地理气候条件出发,通过对公路充电设施建设现状、布局特点及运营情况的系统分析,提出运维成本高、设备性能差、利用率低、运营压力大等主要问题,在此基础上,从强化顶层设计、加强部门协同、创新运营模式、扩大财政支持等方面提出针对性发展对策.研究结果可为优化内蒙古公路充电网络布局、提升运营效能提供决策参考,同时也为我国北方、西部地区乃至全国长距离公路充电网络建设,特别是类似地理气候条件地区的充电设施发展提供有益借鉴.

Charging facilities along highways are a key support for the sustainable development of the electric vehicle industry.Starting from the geographical and climatic conditions of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,such as vast territory with sparse population,severe cold in winter,and unbalanced regional development,this paper systematically analyzes the current construction status,layout characteristics,and operation of highway charging facilities,and identifies major problems including high operation and maintenance costs,poor equipment performance,low utilization rate,and high operational pressure.On this basis,targeted development countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,enhancing inter-departmental collaboration,innovating operation modes,and expanding financial support.The research results can provide decision-making references for optimizing the layout of highway charging networks and improving operational efficiency in Inner Mongolia,and also offer useful insights for the construction of long-distance highway charging networks in northern,western,and even the whole country,especially for the development of charging facilities in regions with similar geographical and climatic conditions.
