双碳背景下,服务区是交通行业绿色低碳发展的重要一环.为有效降低服务区碳排放水平,本研究明晰了服务区运营期碳排放边界和范围,采用排放因子法构建了服务区运营期碳排放核算模型,对我国江西省、山东省、甘肃省和内蒙古自治区的典型服务区运营期碳排放进行了核算,进一步分析了服务区运营期碳排放水平、强度和结构,识别了服务区间接碳排放重点环节,在厘清服务区运营期碳排放特征的基础上从清洁能源替代、重点区域碳排放管控和构建智慧能源管控系统平台三个方面提出了针对性的减排对策,以期为服务区绿色低碳转型发展提供科学依据.

Against the backdrop of the dual-carbon goals,service areas play a pivotal role in the green and low-carbon development of the transportation sector.To effectively reduce carbon emissions from service areas,this study employs the emission factor method to construct a carbon emission accounting model for service areas during their operational phase.It selects representative service areas in Jiangxi,Shandong,Gansu provinces,and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China,calculates their carbon emissions during operation,and further analyzes the levels,intensities,and structures of these emissions.The study also identifies key links contributing to indirect carbon emissions in service areas.Based on a clear understanding of the carbon emission characteristics during service area operation,it proposes emission reduction strategies from three perspectives:clean energy substitution,carbon emission control in critical areas,and the establishment of a smart energy management and control system platform,aiming to provide a scientific basis and methodological support for the low-carbon transformation and development of service areas.
