用于心血管健康监测的柔性可穿戴传感器研究进展OA
Recent progress in flexible wearable sensors for cardiovascular health monitoring
心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases,CVDs)是全球最主要的健康威胁之一,约占全球总死亡人数的1/3.近十年来,用于CVDs监测的柔性可穿戴传感器研究受到了广泛关注.相比医院中规模庞大、不便移动的医疗设备,柔性可穿戴传感器能够实现连续、无创、实时及便携的CVDs监测.本文系统综述柔性可穿戴传感器在心血管健康监测领域的最新进展.首先,概述了柔性可穿戴传感器的系统分类及基本工作原理,不同机制的核心器件,各类传感器的优势与局限.其次,阐述三个具有代表性的核心应用方向:心率与心电监测、血压监测以及多功能集成监测.深入讨论了具体技术路径、相较于传统技术的优势,以及在实际应用中面临的问题和挑战.最后,基于现有技术瓶颈与临床需求,对未来研究方向与发展前景进行展望.
Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)remain the leading cause of death worldwide,which are responsible for almost one-third of global mortality.In the last decade,research on flexible electronics for CVDs monitoring and treatment has attracted tremendous attention.In contrast to conventional medical instruments in hospitals that are usually bulky,hard to move,monofunctional,and time-consuming,flexible wearable sensors are capable of continuous,noninvasive,real-time,and portable monitoring.Notable progress has been made in this field,and numerous of significant achievements and concomitant research prospects deserve attention for practical implementation.In this review,advanced flexible wearable sensors for monitoring cardiovascular vital signals are outlined and discussed.It begins with an overview of the fundamental principles and characteristics of flexible wearable sensors,and recent advances of these flexible sensors for heart rate(HR),electrocardiograms(ECG),blood pressure(BP)and multifunctional integrated monitoring are highlighted.Finally,this review discusses the challenges and issues that need to be addressed for flexible wearable sensors in the field of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment,and suggests the corresponding development directions.
