基于UDI的SPD管理模式在关键试剂耗材管理中的应用OA
Application of UDI-based SPD management model in the management of critical reagent consumables
目的 探究基于医疗器械唯一标识(unique device identification,UDI)的供应—加工—配送(supply-processing-distribution,SPD)管理模式在关键试剂耗材管理中的应用效果.方法 深入剖析SPD管理模式的实践与内涵,构建以UDI编码为核心、以精益化SPD系统为支持的关键试剂耗材全生命周期追溯管理.比较首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院基于UDI的SPD管理模式应用前(2022年)与应用后(2024年)关键试剂耗材的使用合格率、高值耗材占比、库存占用资金情况、计费准确性、条形码粘贴准确性和不良事件发生率,以及每周申请、领取、盘点、计费关键试剂耗材所需时间.结果 基于UDI的SPD管理模式应用后,关键试剂耗材合格率明显升高,且高值耗材占比显著降低(P<0.05);科室工作人员每周申请、领取、盘点、计费关键试剂耗材所需时间均明显减少(P<0.05);可收费关键试剂耗材每周库存占用资金明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);关键试剂耗材收费名称错误、遗漏计费、条形码漏贴、条形码误贴次数均显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总不良事件发生率(1.00%)明显低于应用前总不良事件发生率(15.75%)(P<0.05).结论 基于UDI的SPD管理模式规范了关键试剂耗材的全生命周期追溯管理,在降低医院运营成本、提升医疗服务质量方面成效显著,应用前景广阔.本研究为其推广提供了理论依据和实践范式,具有重要的行业借鉴价值.
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a supply-processing-distribution(SPD)management model based on unique device identification(UDI)in the management of critical reagent consumables.Methods A comprehensive analysis of the practical application and underlying principles of the SPD management model was made,with a focus on establishing a traceability management system for critical reagents and consumables throughout their entire lifecycle,centered on UDI coding and supported by a lean SPD system.The usage qualification rate,proportion of high-value consumables,inventory capital tied-up status,billing accuracy,barcode application accuracy,and adverse event incidence rate of critical reagents and consumables were compared before(2022)and after(2024)the implementation of the UDI-based SPD management model at Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital,Capital Medical University.Additionally,the time required for weekly application,collection,inventory,and billing of critical reagents and consumables were assessed.Results After the application of UDI-based SPD management mode,the qualified rate of critical reagent consumables was significantly higher and the proportion of high-value consumables was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The time required for department staff to apply for,collect,inventory,and bill for critical reagents and consumables each week significantly decreased(P<0.05).The amount of funds tied up in inventory for billable critical reagents and consumables each week significantly decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The number of errors in billing names,omissions in billing,missing barcodes,and incorrectly applied barcodes for critical reagents and consumables decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall adverse event rate(1.00%)was significantly lower than the overall adverse event rate before implementation(15.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The UDI-based SPD management model standardizes the full lifecycle traceability of critical reagents and consumables,demonstrating remarkable effectiveness in reducing hospital operational costs and enhancing medical service quality,with broad application prospects.This study provides theoretical foundations and practical frameworks for its promotion,offering significant industry reference value.
