调线调坡断面测量是城市轨道交通工程建设中一项重要工作,通过测定区间、车站范围内的隧道内轮廓线至线路中心线的水平距离及顶、底高程,以判断竣工误差,作为判定是否需调整线路的依据.异形盾构技术的创新及应用给工程带来了经济效益,同时加大了隧道断面测量工作的困难.本文以轨道交通类矩形盾构设计参数为基础,结合三维激光扫描技术原理,探讨类矩形隧道模型建立、测点设计值计算、点云数据定向、过滤及降噪处理方法,并通过工程实例论证该方法满足类矩形隧道断面测量要求.

Line and slope adjustment-based section measurement is an important measurement work in the construction of urban rail transit projects.The horizontal distance and top and bottom elevations from the inner contour line of the tunnel within the range of the section and the station and the line centerline were measured to determine the completion error as the basis for determining whether to adjust the line.The innovation and application of special-shaped shield technology have brought economic benefits to the project,while increasing the difficulty of tunnel section measurement.Based on the design parameters of the quasi-rectangular shield of rail transit,combined with the principle of three-dimensional laser scanning technology,this paper discussed the establishment of the quasi-rectangular tunnel model,the calculation of the design value of the measuring point,the point cloud data orientation,filtering,and noise reduction processing methods.An engineering example proved that the method met the requirements of the section measurement of a quasi-rectangular tunnel.
