基于POI数据的后疫情时代下南昌市商业空间分布演变分析OA

From the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)to the transition toward routine prevention and con-trol by 2021,urban commercial development has been markedly reshaped by pandemic prevention and control measures.Using point of interest(POI)data,this study investigated the evolution characteristics of commercial space distribution in Nanchang City during the post-pandemic era using kernel density estimation,geodetector,and other methods.The results show that the degree of clustering has declined across all commercial sectors in 2021,accompanied by a pronounced weaken-ing of vitality along major core commercial streets.The number of enterprise-related POI has decreased by approximately 11%,whereas the weight of commercial residential POI has increased from 0.64 to 0.69.Traditional commercial hotspot areas become less influential,while new small-scale hotspots have emerged across the city.Overall,the commercial space pattern exhibits a clear tendency to shift toward residential functional areas.These findings reveal the regularities of urban commercial space evolution under pandemic prevention and control and provide a reference for the recovery and revitalization of different commercial sectors,as well as for the optimization of commercial space layout in Nanchang City.
