甘肃省临夏州发展食用菌产业的SWOT分析OA
SWOT Analysis of the Development of Edible Fungi Industry in Linxia Prefecture,Gansu Province
食用菌产业凭借其投资规模小、生产周期短、经济效益高、资源循环利用等显著优势,已成为助力乡村振兴的重要产业选择.临夏州作为甘肃省重点农业区域,近年来积极推动食用菌产业发展,但其实践路径与优化策略研究尚需深化.该研究以临夏州典型县域为对象,采用问卷调查、实地走访和深度访谈相结合的方法,对该地区开展系统调研,运用SWOT模型对临夏州食用菌产业进行综合分析,提出发展食用菌产业的战略方针,并制定合理的对策建议,以推动临夏州食用菌产业的高质量发展.
The edible fungi industry,with its notable advantages such as small investment scale,short production cycle,high economic benefits,and resource recycling,has become an important industrial choice to support rural revitalization.As a key agricultural area in Gansu Province,Linxia Prefecture has been actively promoting the development of the edible fungi industry in recent years.However,the research on its practical path and optimization strategies still needs to be deepened.This study took the typical counties in Linxia Prefecture as the research object,and used a combination of questionnaire surveys,field visits,and in-depth interviewed to conduct a systematic investigation of the region.The SWOT model was employed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the edible fungi industry in Linxia Prefecture,proposed strategic guidelines for the development of the edible fungi industry,and formulate reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the edible fungi industry in Linxia Prefecture.
