以'蜂糖李'为试材,采用0.25、0.50、0.75 g·L-1和1.00 g·L-1浓度的熊果酸(ursolic acid,UA)和齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,OA)分别喷洒'蜂糖李'果实,以喷洒清水处理的果实为对照(CK),研究了常温(23±2)℃条件下不同浓度UA和OA处理对'蜂糖李'果实采后保鲜效果的影响,分别筛选出最佳浓度UA和OA,以期为'蜂糖李'采后贮藏保鲜提供参考依据.结果表明:与对照相比,UA和OA处理均能较好地抑制'蜂糖李'果实失重率和呼吸速率的升高,呼吸高峰出现时间推迟了3~6 d.UA和OA维持了果实硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)和可滴定酸(TA)含量,保持果实品质;提高了维生素C含量和抗氧化酶活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量和活性氧(ROS)代谢水平,保持脂膜完整性的同时延缓果实衰老.其中,UA和OA处理中均为0.75 g·L-1浓度的保鲜效果较佳,更好的保持了采后'蜂糖李'果实的贮藏品质.

Taking'Fengtang'plum as the test material,fruits were sprayed with ursolic acid(UA)and oleanolic acid(OA)at concentrations of 0.25,0.50,0.75 g·L-1 and 1.00 g·L-1,respectively,with water-sprayed fruits serving as the control(CK).The effects of different concentrations of UA and OA treatments on'Fengtang'plum fruits were investigated under ambient temperature conditions(23±2)℃.Optimal concentrations of UA and OA were identified,in order to provide reference for the postharvest storage and preservation of'Fengtang'plum.The results showed that compared to the control,both UA and OA treatments effectively suppressed weight loss and elevated respiration rates in'Fengtang'fruits,delaying the onset of peak respiration by 3-6 days.UA and OA maintained fruit firmness,soluble solids(TSS),and titratable acid(TA)content,preserving fruit quality.They increased vitamin C content and antioxidant enzyme activity while reducing malondialdehyde(MDA)levels and reactive oxygen species(ROS)metabolism,thereby maintaining cuticle integrity and delaying fruit senescence.Among the treatments,the 0.75 g·L-1 concentration of both UA and OA demonstrated superior preservation effects,better maintaining the storage quality of post-harvest'Fengtang'plum fruit.
