贝莱斯芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉菌施用方式对甜瓜幼苗生长的影响OA
Effects of Application Methods of Bacillus velezensis and Trichoderma harzianum Agents on the Growth of Muskmelon Seedlings
以甜瓜为试材,采用盆栽试验方法,研究贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)与哈茨木霉菌(Trichoderma harzianum)不同处理(单施/复配)及施用方式(喷施/浸种/灌根)对甜瓜幼苗生长特性、根系形态、光合特性和生理特性的影响,以期为甜瓜育苗提供参考依据.结果表明:相同施用方式下,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌菌剂和哈茨木霉菌菌剂单独或联合施用均能促进甜瓜幼苗生长,改善其光合特性和生理特性以及根系形态,联合施用处理效果最佳;相同菌剂处理下,灌根处理和浸种处理对甜瓜幼苗促生效果最佳.菌剂复配结合灌根或浸种处理对幼苗的促生效应无显著差异,但与对照相比,对甜瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、SPAD值和全株干质量均有明显的促进作用;显著提高了净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率;增加了叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量,降低了丙二醛含量;促进了根系总根长、主根长和根系表面积.综上,在灌根或浸种施用方式下,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌与哈茨木霉菌协同施用对甜瓜幼苗生长有促进作用.
Taking muskmelon as the test material,a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different treatments(single application/combination)and application methods(foliar spray/seed soaking/root irrigation)of Bacillus velezensis and Trichoderma harzianum on the growth characteristics,root morphology,photosynthetic traits,and physiological properties of muskmelon seedlings,in order to provide references for muckmelon seeding cultivation.The results showed that under the same application method,Bacillus velezensis and Trichoderma harzianum could promote the growth of melon seedlings,improve their photosynthetic and physiological characteristics and root morphology,and the combined application had the best effect.Under the same fungicide treatment,root irrigation and seed soaking treatment had the best effect on the growth of melon seedlings.There was no significant difference in the growth promotion effect of fungicide compound combined with root irrigation or soaking treatment on seedlings,but compared with the control,it had a significant promotion effect on plant height,stem diameter,SPAD value and whole plant dry weight of melon seedlings.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were significantly improved.The contents of catalase,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,soluble protein and soluble sugar in leaves were increased,and the content of malondialdehyde was decreased.It promotes the total root length,taproot length and root surface area.In conclusion,the synergistic application of Bacillus velezensis and Trichoderma harzianum had a promoting effect on the growth of melon seedlings under root irrigation or soaking application.
