Mental Health Monitoring and Targeted Interventions for Rural Left-Behind Children
构建科学长效的心理健康监测及干预机制是促进留守儿童心理健康发展的重要抓手之一.在系统梳理农村留守儿童心理健康实践进展的基础上,结合实际监测与干预过程中的诸多困境,诸如传统监测模式存在多维局限、心理健康教育专业化水平不足等,提出搭建"数据—协同—智能"三维联动监测理论框架.该框架涵盖多方数据采集与整合、大数据智能分析与风险研判、动态智能化预警与靶向性干预三个核心环节,并从数字赋能心理健康监测与评价、建立长效心理健康干预体系、提升心理健康教育专业化水平等多层面出发,对农村留守儿童的心理健康进行精准干预.
Constructing a scientific and long-term mental health monitoring and intervention system is a key approach to promoting the psy-chological well-being of left-behind children.This paper,based on systematically reviewing the progress in practical efforts regarding the mental health of rural left-behind children,and considering the numerous challenges faced in actual monitoring and intervention processes:such as the multidimensional limitations of traditional monitoring models and the insufficient professionalization of mental health education—proposes a three-dimensional linkage monitoring theoretical framework of Data-Collaboration-Intelligence.This framework encompasses three core com-ponents:multi-source data collection and integration,intelligent big-data analysis and risk assessment,and dynamic intelligent early warning with targeted intervention.Starting from multiple aspects,including digital empowerment of mental health monitoring and evaluation,establish-ing a long-term mental health intervention system,and enhancing the professional level of mental health education,it aims to provide precise in-terventions for the mental health of rural left-behind children.
