基于经筋理论探析前列腺术后尿失禁的银质针治疗思路OA

Urinary incontinence is a common complication in patients with prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy.Existing treatment methods have limited efficacy,especially for moderate to severe urinary incontinence.This paper discusses the relationship between the Jingjin theory(tendon-meridian theory)and the urinary system through literature review,analyzes the impact of prostate surgery on the Jingjin system,and clarifies the correlation between the urinary system and the Jingjin,such as the foot Taiyang,foot Yangming,foot Taiyin,and foot Jueyin meridians.Based on the Jingjin theory,this paper explores the mechanism of post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence and the key points for silver needle therapy intervention.On this basis,it puts forward the ideas and operational points for silver needle selection in the treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.The treatment points include the lumbosacral posterior region,thigh root,and pubic symphysis.The therapeutic effects include stimulating meridian qi,improving pelvic floor function,and regulating nerve conduction.This study aims to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence and expand the application scope of silver needle therapy in urinary system complications after prostate surgery.
