针刺联合六字诀功法对产后骨盆带疼痛患者盆底肌功能的影响OA
Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Liuzijue Exercise on Pelvic Floor Muscle Function in Patients with Postpartum Pelvic Girdle Pain
目的:探讨针刺联合六字诀功法对产后骨盆带疼痛患者疼痛程度、功能障碍及盆底肌电活动的影响.方法:将60例产后骨盆带疼痛患者随机分为两组各30例,观察组施以针刺联合六字诀功法,对照组施以六字诀功法,每周治疗5次,连续2周,以Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、压力疼痛阈值(PPT)及盆底表面肌电评估作为观察指标进行比较.结果:治疗2周后,两组ODI均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)、PPT均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)、盆底肌电值(紧张收缩、快速收缩、耐力收缩的平均肌电值)均较治疗前显著提升(P<0.05);观察组上述各项指标改善程度均较对照组更显著(P<0.05).结论:针刺联合六字诀功法能有效缓解产后骨盆带疼痛患者的疼痛,改善盆底肌肉功能,减轻功能障碍,是临床治疗产后骨盆带疼痛的有效方案之一.
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Liuzijue exercise on pain intensity,dysfunction,and pelvic floor muscle electrical activity in patients with postpartum pelvic girdle pain(PPGP).Methods:Sixty patients with postpartum pelvic girdle pain were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=30)received acupuncture combined with Liuzijue exercise,while the control group(n=30)received Liuzijue exercise alone.Both groups underwent treatment five times per week for two consecutive weeks.The observation indicators,including the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),pressure pain threshold(PPT),and pelvic floor surface electromyography(sEMG),were compared between the two groups.Results:After two weeks of treatment,compared with those before treatment,both groups showed significantly decreased ODI scores(P<0.05),significantly increased PPT(P<0.05),and significantly increased pelvic floor muscle electrical activity values(average electromyographic values during tonic,fast,and endurance contractions)(P<0.05).The improvement in all the above indicators was significantly greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Liuzijue exercise can effectively alleviate pain,improve pelvic floor muscle function,and reduce dysfunction in patients with postpartum pelvic girdle pain.It is one of the effective clinical treatment options for postpartum pelvic girdle pain.
