不同土壤养分调查及对花生幼苗根系伸长的影响OA

[目的]探究不同土壤类型中养分含量对花生种子萌发期根系生长的影响.[方法]采取广东省河源东源县柳城镇、茂名电白区林头镇、阳江阳西县程村镇、广州白云区钟落潭镇、梅州平远县东石镇5 个花生产地土壤为样本,测定土壤养分含量,以泥炭土∶珍珠岩为1∶1的栽培基质为对照,分别种植花生品种粤油1823并测定根系指标,分析花生根长和下胚轴长与土壤养分因子的相关性.[结果]5个花生产地土壤有机质(9.06~14.97 g/kg)、全氮(0.68~0.98 g/kg)、全磷(0.40~0.58 g/kg)和速效钾(85.3~144.9 mg/kg)含量整体处于中等水平.梅州和河源速效磷含量均为缺乏水平,分别为5.9和4.5 mg/kg,土壤供磷能力较差.除茂名外,其他4个产区的全钾含量均较为丰富,在27.5~51.0 g/kg.土壤中有效镁(2.34~11.30 mg/kg)和有效钙(25.92~89.60 mg/kg)都属于缺乏状态.而有效硼含量十分丰富.6种处理的花生种子发芽率均在 93%以上,河源和梅州的发芽率为 100%;平均根长在 3.86~5.24 cm;平均下胚轴长在 1.74~2.23 cm.河源产地的花生种子根长和下胚轴长显著高于其他产区.花生根长与土壤有机质、全磷存在显著正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.978 3、0.909 4;下胚轴与土壤有机质呈显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.9561.[结论]河源东源县柳城镇的土壤类型和养分含量在5个产区中最适宜花生种子萌发前期根部生长,花生根和下胚轴伸长生长均与土壤中有机质、全磷存在不同程度的相关性.因此,广东省花生种植应多注意土壤中有机质以及氮、磷等养分因子的施肥管理,有利于花生的培育与田间生产.

[Objective]To explore the effects of nutrient content in different soil types on root growth of peanut seeds during germination.[Method]Soil nutrients were measured from five peanut producing areas:Liucheng Town,Dongyuan City,Heyuan City,Guangdong Province;Lintou Town,Dianbai District,Maoming;Chengcun Town,Yangxi County,Yangjiang;Zhongluotan Town,Baiyun District,Guangzhou;Dongshi Town,Pingyuan County,Meizhou.The peanut variety Yueyou 1823 was planted in the control medium(peat soil∶perlite=1∶1),and the root index was determined.The correlation between root length and hypocotyl length of peanuts and soil nutrient factors was analyzed.[Result]The contents of soil organic matter(9.06-14.97 g/kg),total nitrogen(0.68-0.98 g/kg),total phosphorus(0.40-0.58 g/kg)and available potas-sium(85.3-144.9 mg/kg)in the five peanut producing areas were at a moderate level.The content of available phosphorus in Meizhou and Heyuan is the deficiency level,5.9 and 4.5 mg/kg respectively,and the soil phosphorus supply capacity is poor.Except Maoming,the total po-tassium content of the other 4 producing areas is relatively rich,between 27.5-51.0 g/kg.Soil available magnesium(2.34-11.30 mg/kg)and available calcium(25.92-89.60 mg/kg)are deficient.And the available boron content is very rich.The germination rate of peanut seeds un-der 6 treatments was above 93%,and the germination rate of peanut seeds in Heyuan and Meizhou was 100%.The average root length was 3.86-5.24 cm.The average hypocotyl length was between 1.74 and 2.23 cm.The average peanut seed root length and hypocotyl length in Heyuan area were significantly higher than those in other areas.The root length of peanuts was positively correlated with soil organic matter and total phosphorus,and the correlation coefficients were 0.978 3 and 0.909 4,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between hypocotyl and soil organic matter,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9561.[Conclusion]The soil type and nutrient content of Liucheng Town in Dongyuan County of Heyuan are the most suitable for the root growth of peanut seed in the early stage of germination.The peanut roots and hypocotyl elongation and growth are correlated with the organic matter and total phosphorus in soil to varying degrees.Therefore,peanut plant-ing in Guangdong Province should pay more attention to the fertilization management of soil organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and other nu-trient factors,which is conducive to the cultivation and field production of peanuts.
