采用生物信息学方法,基于Ensemble Plants数据库中的小麦全基因组数据,鉴定小麦 DUF4408 基因家族,并对其亚细胞定位、系统进化关系、基因结构、蛋白结构域、启动子顺式作用元件、转录后调控、共线性分析及表达模式等进行分析.研究共鉴定出 24 个TaDUF4408基因家族成员.系统发育进化分析将其分为2个亚族,并在启动子区域发现众多与环境响应和激素调节相关的顺式作用元件.研究推测小麦DUF4408基因家族成员可能参与小麦光调控、脱落酸合成及茉莉酸甲酯合成等生理过程.通过 miRNA 靶向关系预测,发现13个miRNA 与15个小麦TaDUF4408基因存在靶向关系.共线性分析表明,DUF4408基因在物种进化中相对保守.表达模式分析显示,DUF4408家族成员在不同组织中的表达水平存在显著差异,且在干旱、高温胁迫下表现出不同的表达特征.

The DUF4408 gene family in wheat was identified through bioinformatics approaches with whole-genome data from the Ensemble Plants database.Analyses were conducted,including subcellular localization,phylogenetic relationships,gene structure,protein domains,promoter cis-elements,post-transcriptional regulation,syntenic analysis,and expression patterns.A total of 24 TaDUF4408 gene family mem-bers were identified.Phylogenetic analysis classified them into two distinct subgroups,and a variety of cis-acting regulatory elements associated with environmental stress responses and hormone signaling pathways were detected in the promoter regions.It was hypothesized that the wheat DUF4408 gene family may be involved in physiological processes such as light regulation,abscisic acid synthesis,and jasmonic acid methyl ester synthesis.miRNA target prediction revealed 13 miRNAs possibly targeting 15 TaDUF4408 genes.Syntenic analysis indicated that DUF4408 genes are relatively conserved through species evolution.Expression pattern analysis demonstrated significant differences in expres-sion levels among family members across different tissues,with distinct expression characteristics under drought and high-temperature stresses.
