地方应用型涉农高校实验室管理体系建设实践OA

To improve the operational efficiency of local application-oriented universities and their ability to serve local development,this paper analyzed the current status of laboratories in local application-oriented agriculture-related universities and proposed corresponding systematic construction approaches.The laboratory research strength,local service capacity,information construction,management system,management personnel services,and safety awareness of such universities require further improvement.Accordingly,the following laboratory construction paths are put forward:focusing on the advantages of local characteristic fields to integrate existing resources;implementing open operation and overall supervision and management of laboratories by using information tools such as access control systems;continuously optimizing the management system and clarifying the safety responsibilities of laboratory personnel;carrying out a series of safety education activities including safety month campaigns and holding regular safety work meetings.This paper provides a reference for laboratory construction,the cultivation of high-level application-oriented talents,and the service of regional economic development in relevant universities.
