Effects of substrate ratios on the quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings

为改善苗床基质配方,提高烟苗素质,本试验以蛭石为基础基质,以旱田土+草炭,育苗剂20 g/盘为对照(处理5),设置处理1(蛭石∶有机肥为3∶1,育苗剂10 g/盘)、处理2(蛭石∶有机肥为4∶1,育苗剂15 g/盘)、处理3(蛭石∶有机肥为2∶1,育苗剂10 g/盘)、处理4(蛭石,育苗剂20 g/盘),测定各处理下烤烟生育期、长势长相、农艺性状等指标.结果表明,配合使用蛭石基质的处理组较处理5出苗提前1~2 d,均未发生猝倒病与炭疽病;处理 2、3和 4的苗期生长势均为强,处理 5的烤烟长势弱、苗色淡,生长表现略差;处理 3的烤烟苗高最高(4.20 cm)、叶长最长(3.10 cm)、叶宽最宽(1.66 cm)、根系最长(7.2 cm);处理2的烤烟叶片SPAD值最高(26.80).综合来看,处理3(蛭石∶有机肥为2∶1,育苗剂10 g/盘)可缩短育苗周期,使烟苗整齐度与抗逆性显著提升,表现为根系发达、干物质积累量大、叶面积大.

To improve the base substrate formula for the seedbed and enhance the quality of tobacco seedlings,this experiment used vermiculite as the base substrate,combined with dry farmland soil and peat,and used 20 g of seedling fertilizer per pot as the control(treatment 5).4 treatments were set up:treatment 1(vermiculite∶organic fertilizer 3∶1,seedling fertilizer 10 g/pot),treatment 2(vermiculite∶organic fertilizer 4∶1,seedling fertilizer 15 g/pot),treatment 3(vermiculite∶organic fertilizer 2∶1,seedling fertilizer 10 g/pot),and treatment 4(vermiculite,seedling fertilizer 20 g/pot).The growth period,growth and development conditions,and agronomic traits of the tobacco plants under each treatment were measured.The results showed that the treatment group using the vermiculite substrate had earlier seedling emergence compared to treatment 5,and neither sudden stand collapse disease nor anthracnose occurred;treatments 2,3,and 4 had stronger growth vigor during the seedling stage,while treatment 5 had weaker growth and paler seedling color,with slightly poorer growth performance;the tobacco seedlings in treatment 3 were the tallest(4.20 cm),had the longest leaf length(3.10 cm),the widest leaf width(1.66 cm),and the longest root system(7.2 cm).The SPAD value of the tobacco leaves of treatment 2 was the highest(26.80).Overall,treatment 3(vermiculite∶organic fertilizer ratio of 2∶1,seedling promoter 10 g/pot)can shorten the seedling raising period,significantly improve the uniformity and stress resistance of the tobacco seedlings,and is characterized by well-developed root systems,large accumulation of dry matter,and large leaf area.
