现代化产业体系"新三化"与职业教育适应性:要求、特征与路径OA
The"New Three Modernizations"of Modern Industrial System and Vocational Education Adaptability:Requirements,Characteristics and Paths
"十五五"规划建议提出现代化产业体系智能化、绿色化、融合化("新三化")的提质升级方向,并对技术技能人才的规模、结构与质量提出新要求,职业教育适应性关乎现代化产业体系建设成效.为应对"新三化"需求,职业教育需要对接智能化演进方向,构建技术赋能型人才体系;践行绿色化价值理念,塑造价值引领型人才导向;顺应融合化发展趋势,搭建场景适配型育人框架.职业教育对"新三化"的适应性呈现出技能复合性、前瞻适配性、协同共生性与动态调适性等特征.为提升职业教育适应性,应打造适配产业集群的专业集群,构建适配真实任务的课程体系,开发适应行动导向的教材资源,建设突出企业实践的师资队伍,推进以产教融合中间体为核心的实习实训.
The"Proposal for the 15th Five-Year Plan"puts forward the direction of quality improvement and upgrading for the intelligentization,greenization,and integration(the"New Three Modernizations")of modern industrial system,and sets new requirements for the scale,structure,and quality of technical and skilled talents.Vocational education adaptability is crucial to the effectiveness of building a modern industrial system.To meet the demands of"New Three Modernizations",vocational education needs to align with the trend of intelligentization and construct a technology-empowered talent system;practice the value concept of greenization and shape a value-led talent orientation;and conform to the trend of integration and establish a scenario-adaptable talent cultivation framework.The adaptability of vocational education to the"New Three Modernizations"presents characteristics such as skills comprehensiveness,forward-looking adaptability,collaborative symbiosis,and dynamic adjustment.To enhance vocational education adaptability,efforts should be made in the following aspects:building professional program clusters adapted to industrial clusters,constructing a curriculum system matching real-world tasks,developing teaching material resources suitable for action-oriented learning,establishing a dual-qualified teacher team emphasizing enterprises'practice,and promoting internship and practical training centered on industry-education integration intermediaries.
