润肠方加减治疗慢传输型便秘血虚肠燥证的临床研究OA
Clinical observation on the treatment of slow transit constipation with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome by modified Runchang Decoction
目的 研究润肠方加减对慢传输型便秘血虚肠燥证患者的治疗效果及其安全性.方法 选取2022年9月至2023年5月在湖南中医药大学第二附属医院接受治疗的64例慢传输型便秘血虚肠燥证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=32)与对照组(n=32).对照组患者采用琥珀酸普卢卡必利片治疗,治疗组患者采用润肠方加减进行治疗,疗程均为4周.记录两组患者的疗效指数、中医证候积分、标志物残留数变化情况.结果 两组患者的临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的中医证候总积分、主要症状积分、标志物残留数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 润肠方加减可有效治疗慢传输型便秘血虚肠燥证.
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Runchang Decoction in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC)with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome.Methods A total of 64 patients with STC of blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome who received treatment in the Second Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32)using a random number table.The patients of control group was treated with plucarbital succinate tablets,while the patients of treatment group received modified Runchang Decoction.Both groups underwent a 4-week treatment course.The efficacy indices,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and changes in residual marker levels were recorded for both groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the total symptom score,primary symptom score,and residual marker levels between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Runchang Decoction can be used to treat STC with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness syndrome.
