氟砜草胺对稻田杂草的除草活性及田间药效评价OA
Evaluation of herbicidal activity and field efficacy of flusulfinam against weeds in rice fields
氟砜草胺是山东清原农冠作物科学有限公司研发的新一代对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶(hydroxyphenyl pyruvate dioxygenase,HPPD)抑制剂类除草剂.为评估其在稻田的应用效果,通过室内整株生物测定,研究了氟砜草胺对水稻田优势杂草的生物活性以及对不同水稻品种生长的影响,并同步开展了田间药效评价试验.研究结果表明,氟砜草胺对稗 Echinochloa crus-galli、马唐 Digitaria sanguinalis、丁香蓼 Ludwigia prostrata、鸭舌草 Ponte-deria vaginalis、鳢肠 Eclipta prostrata、异型莎草 Cyperus difformis 和碎米莎草 Cyperus iria 表现出较好的除草活性,GR50和 GR90 分别为 8.69、9.50、11.70、26.43、12.15、10.89、9.85 g/hm2 和 30.05、42.86、63.16、61.39、65.86、52.26、48.67 g/hm2(有效成分剂量,下同).氟砜草胺对千金子Leptochloa chinensis和耳基水苋菜Amman-nia auriculata 也有较好的抑制效果,GR50和 GR90分别为 34.37、22.94 g/hm2 和 120.51、113.61 g/hm2.安全性试验表明,水稻2叶到2叶1心期施用氟砜草胺90、180、360 g/hm2对供试水稻生长安全.田间试验中,杂草2~3叶龄施用氟砜草胺,72 g/hm2处理药后28 d对稗、马唐和异型莎草的防效高达93%以上,108 g/hm2处理对耳基水苋菜的防效接近90%.喷施氟砜草胺72~180 g/hm2处理,比空白对照处理增产14.2%~18.0%.
Flusulfinam is a novel hydroxyphenyl pyruvate dioxygenase(HPPD)-inhibiting herbicide developed by Shandong Qingyuan Agrochemical Crop Science Co.,Ltd.To assess its application potential in paddy fields,whole-plant bioassays were conducted to evaluate its bioactivity against dominant weeds in rice fields and its effects on rice growth.The results indicated that flusulfinam exhibited high herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus-galli,Digitaria sanguinalis,Ludwigia prostrata,Pontederia vaginalis,Eclipta prostrata,Cyperus difformis and Cyperus iria,with GR50 values of 8.69,9.50,11.70,26.43,12.15,10.89 and 9.85 g/hm2,and GR90 values of 30.05,42.86,63.16,61.39,65.86,52.26 and 48.67 g/hm2(active ingredient,the same below),respectively.Additionally,flusulfinam demonstrated good inhibitory effects on Leptochloa chinensis and Ammannia auriculata,with GR50 values of 34.37,22.94 g/hm2,and GR90 values of 120.51 and 113.61 g/hm2,respectively.Safety tests showed that flusulfinam was safe to rice when applied at rates of 90,180,and 360 g/hm2 at the 2-leaf to 2-leaf-1·heart stages.In field trials,application of flusulfinam at the 2-3 leaf stage of weeds at 72 g/hm2 achieved control efficacies exceeding 93%against E.crus-galli,D.sanguinalis,and C.difformis 28 days after application,while application at 108 g/hm2 achieved nearly 90%control efficacy against A.auriculata.Compared with the untreated control,application of flusulfinam at 72-180 g/hm2 increased rice yields by 14.2%—18.0%.
