福建省水稻白叶枯病菌的致病型分化及水稻主栽品种的抗性评价OA
Pathotype differentiation of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae and resistance evaluation of major rice cultivars in Fujian province
为明确福建省水稻白叶枯病菌Xanthomonas oryzae pv. orvzae的主要致病型和主栽品种抗病性,本研究采用5种中国鉴别寄主('金刚30''Tetep''南粳15''Javal4''IR26')鉴定其致病型,并通过人工接种法评估福建主栽品种对水稻白叶枯病的抗性.结果表明,从福建南平、漳州、泉州、福州、三明、宁德、龙岩、莆田采集的116个水稻白叶枯病菌菌株被划分8种致病型,分别为Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型、V型、Ⅵ型、Ⅶ型、Ⅸ型、新型4和新型5,其中Ⅸ型(65.52%)、V型(17.24%)和Ⅳ型(12.93%)菌为优势菌群;53个福建主栽品种中,'禾两优676''雅5优明占''东联5号'和'元丰优998'对Ⅸ型菌表现抗性;'禾两优676''甬优1540''雅5优明占'和'东联5号'对V型菌表现抗性;'禾两优676''甬优1540''甬优9号'和'野香优676'对Ⅳ型菌表现抗性;其中'禾两优676'对福建水稻白叶枯病菌的Ⅸ型、V型和Ⅳ型均表现抗性.本研究为水稻抗病品种选育以及合理利用抗性品种防控水稻白叶枯病提供理论依据.
To clarify the major pathotypes of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo)and evaluate the resistance of major rice cultivars in Fujian province,five Chinese differential rice cultivars('Jingang 30''Tetep''Nanjing 15''Java 14'and'IR26')were used to identify Xoo pathotypes,and the resistance levels of major cultivated rice varieties in Fujian to bacterial leaf blight were further evaluated by artificial inoculation.A total of 116 of Xoo strains collected from Nanping,Zhangzhou,Quanzhou,Fuzhou,Sanming,Ningde,Longyan,and Putian in Fujian province were classified into eight pathotypes,namely pathotypes Ⅲ,Ⅳ,V,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅸ,New pathotype 4,and New pathotype 5.Among these,pathotype Ⅸ(65.52%),pathotype V(17.24%),and pathotype Ⅳ(12.93%)were the dominant groups.Among the 53 major rice cultivars tested,'Heliangyou 676''Ya-5you Mingzhan''Donglian No.5'and'Yuanfengyou 998'exhibited resistance to pathotype Ⅸ;'Heliangyou 676''Yongyou 1540''Ya-5you Mingzhan'and'Donglian No.5'showed resistance to pathotype V,and'Heliangyou 676''Yongyou 1540''Yongyou 9'and'Yexiangyou 676'demonstrated resistance to pathotype Ⅳ.Notably,'Heliangyou 676'exhibited resistance to all three dominant pathotypes(Ⅸ,V,and Ⅳ)of Xoo in Fujian.This study provides a theoretical basis for breeding disease-resistant rice cultivars and for the rational deployment of resistant varieties to control bacterial leaf blight.
