基于数据挖掘技术探讨子宫内膜异位症的用药规律OA

Objective:To explore the medication and compatibility rules for treating endometriosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound patents and biomedical literature systems based on data mining technology,and to provide a scientific basis for optimizing clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.Methods:First,patents and literature on TCM treatment of endometriosis published in the State Intellectual Property Office and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Service from January 1,2011,to May 31,2025 were retrieved.Microsoft Excel was used to standardize and organize the prescription information into a database.SPSS Statistics 27.0,R4.3.1,and other software were used to analyze the prescription data for medication frequency,natures and meridian tropisms,rules,and complex network analysis.Results:A total of 126 eligible TCM compound patents and biomedical literature were finally screened out,involving 263 kinds of TCMs.Frequency statistics revealed that the efficacy distribution of high-frequency drugs(frequency≥10 times)showed significant aggregations,among which,tonifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and hemostatic drugs ranked at the top.The medicinal natures were mainly warm and neutral,the medicinal flavors were mainly bitter and pungent,and the meridians tropisms were mainly towards the liver and spleen meridians.Conclusion:By exploring the medication patterns for treating endometriosis from national compound patent medicines and biomedical literature,this article reveals a predominant formula pattern characterized by promoting Qi(气)circulation,activating blood,removing blood stasis,and relieving pain,supplemented by clearing heat,tonifying,astringent,and promoting diuresis to remove dampness.
