"气化五行"视角下五脏-线粒体功能映射关系的构建OA
Construction of the Mapping Frameword of the Five Zang(脏)Organs and the Mitochondrial Function Based on the"Qi Transformation into the Five Phases"Theory
构建"气化五行"基础上的五脏与线粒体功能之间的对应关系,并以线粒体质量控制(MQC)作为核心调控机制解释五脏功能.通过理论归纳与跨体系结构映射,提出五脏-线粒体功能映射关系框架,将脾与线粒体代谢网络、肾与线粒体遗传及能量传递、肝与线粒体的代谢调控及解毒、心与心肌线粒体密度及代谢活性、肺与线粒体氧化还原及信号调控等关键功能进行系统对照,并进一步识别五脏生理特征与MQC系统的关联规律,体现为脏腑功能活动与线粒体稳态维护之间的结构对应和调控协同.
Based on"qi transforming into the five phases"theory,this study constructs a conceptual correspon-dence between the five zang(脏)organs and mitochondrial function in modern medicine,with mitochondrial quality control(MQC)serving as the core regulatory mechanism to interpret the fucntions of zang organs.Through theoretical synthesis and cross-system structural mapping,a five zang organs-mitochondrial functional mapping framework is pro-posed.In this framework,the spleen is aligned with mitochondrial metabolic networks,while the kidney with mito-chondrial genetics and energy transfer,the liver with mitochondrial metabolic regulation and detoxification,the heart with cardiomyocyte mitochondrial density and metabolic activity,and the lung with mitochondrial redox regulation and signaling control.Furthermore,the intrinsic associations between the physiological characteristics of the five zang organs and the MQC system are identified,which is manifested as structural correspondence and regulatory coordina-tion between zang organ functional activities and mitochondrial homeostasis.
