印度榕白绢病病原菌的分离鉴定及室内药剂筛选OA

为明确印度榕Ficus elastica白绢病病原菌和筛选合适的防治药剂,本文采用形态学与分子生物学相结合的方法对病原菌进行鉴定,并用含毒介质培养法进行了室内药剂筛选.通过致病性测定、形态特征观察及rD-NA-ITS同源性分析,明确引起印度榕白绢病的病原菌为Agroathelia rolfsii;室内药剂筛选结果表明,苯醚甲环唑、咯菌腈和吡唑醚菌酯对供试菌株的抑菌作用最强,处理后3 d的抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为0.07、0.08 μg/mL和0.15 μg/mL;其次为嘧菌酯、啶氧菌酯和咪鲜胺,EC50分别为2.09、3.96μg/mL和15.72 μg/mL;多菌灵的抑制效果最差,EC50为604.04 μg/mL.本研究确定了印度榕白绢病的病原为A.rolfsii,苯醚甲环唑、咯菌腈和吡唑醚菌酯对该菌具有较好的抑制作用,可推荐作为防治药剂.

To identify the pathogenic fungi responsible for southern blight in Ficus elastica and to identify suitable control agents,the pathogen was isolated and identified using a combination of morphological and molecular biological methods,and fungicides were screened in vitro using the toxic medium method.Based on pathogenicity tests,morphological observations and rDNA-ITS sequence homology analysis,the pathogen causing the southern blight in Ficus elastica was identified as Agroathelia rolfsii.The results of indoor fungicide screening showed that difenoconazole,fludioxonil,and pyraclostrobin exhibited the strongest inhibitory effects against the tested strain,with median effective concentration(EC50)values of 0.07,0.08 μg/mL and 0.15 μg/mL,respectively three days after treatment.This was followed by azoxystrobin,picoxystrobin,and prochloraz,with EC50 values of 2.09,3.96 μg/mL and 15.72 μg/mL,respectively.Carbendazim showed the lowest inhibitory effect,with an EC50 value of 604.04 μg/mL.This study confirmed that A.rolfsii is the pathogen for southern blight in Ficus elastica,and that difenoconazole,fludioxonil,and pyraclostrobin have strong inhibitory effects against this pathogen and can be recommended as effective control agents.
