基于酸甘化阴法辨治干燥综合征经验OA

Sjögren's syndrome,an autoimmune disease characterized by its long course and complex condition,significantly impacts patients'quality of life.It falls under the category of"dryness arthralgia"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The disease is primarily caused by external or internal dryness damaging qi,blood,and body fluids,leading to the consumption of yin fluids and deficiency of qi and blood.Its onset and progression are fundamentally rooted in the absolute or relative depletion of yin fluids,with pathological changes involving multiple zang-fu organs.This article summarizes the clinical experience of professor Li Zeguang,a renowed TCM practitioner in Heilongjiang Province,in diagnosing and treating this condition based on the method of transforming yin with sour and sweet medicinals,and includes a clinical case for reference to provide insights in managing this disease.
