2019-2024年甘肃省天水市鸡高致病性禽流感免疫效果分析OA
Immune Efficacy against Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Chickens in Tianshui City,Gansu Province from 2019 to 2024
为了解甘肃省天水市鸡H5和H7亚型高致病性禽流感(highly pathogenic avian influenza,HPAI)的免疫效果,2019-2024年在每年春秋季集中免疫后3~4周,随机采集2区5县规模场和散养户的鸡血液样品,采用血凝和血凝抑制(HA-HI)试验进行H5和H7亚型HPAI免疫抗体检测,并对检测结果进行不同年份、地区、季节、养殖方式的分类统计对比.结果显示:2019-2024年天水市7个县区的鸡H5和H7亚型HPAI免疫抗体年均合格率均在70%以上,超过了农业农村部要求的70%合格标准,不同季节、不同养殖方式之间的抗体合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同年份、不同地区间的抗体合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结果表明,甘肃省天水市的鸡HPAI免疫效果良好,不同季节和不同养殖规模鸡群均保持较高的免疫抗体水平,发生大面积HPAI疫情的风险较低,但各地仍需持续加强鸡HPAI免疫和监测以及对养殖场户的生物安全监管,防止疫情散发.
In order to assess the immune efficacy against subtypes H5 and H7 of highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)in chickens in Tianshui City,Gansu Province,blood samples were randomly collected from chickens in intensive farms and smallholders across 2 districts and 5 counties during 3-4 weeks following centralized spring and autumn vaccination campaigns from 2019 to 2024,to detect immune antibodies against the two subtypes using hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test(HA-HI),followed by statistical comparison based on the results by year,region,season and farming mode.The results showed that annual average qualification rates of antibodies against subtypes H5 and H7 were above 70%,exceeding the standard(70%)required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.Statistical significance was observed in the qualification rates in different years and regions(P<0.01),rather than in different seasons and farming modes(P>0.05).In conclusion,the immune efficacy against HPAI in chickens in the city was effective,remaining high level of immune antibodies in the flocks in different seasons and under different farming scales,and indicating a low risk of wide transmission of HPAI outbreaks.Nevertheless,HPAI vaccination and monitoring,as well as biosecurity regulation for farms/households should be continuously improved to avoid any sporadic outbreaks.
