藏药大白芸豆有效成分及其药理作用研究进展OA

In the Tibetan medical system,white kidney bean(Phaseolus lunatus L.)is known as Kashogarbo and serves as one of the traditional medicinal plants in Tibetan medicine.With the advancement of modern analytical techniques,the chemical composition and pharmacological activities of white kidney bean have been gradually revealed,with over 60 chemical constitu-ents reported to date.Modern pharmacological studies indicate that Tibetan medicinal white kidney bean is rich in various bioac-tive components,including α-amylase inhibitor(α-AI),phytohemagglutinin(PHA),phenolic compounds,and polysaccharides.Its pharmacological effects,such as antioxidant activity,lipid metabolism regulation,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,and antitu-mor properties,have been extensively investigated.This article systematically reviews the major active ingredients and pharmaco-logical actions of Tibetan medicinal white kidney bean,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for future research and develop-ment of this plant.
