基于本草考证和文献计量学的花椒止痒功效研究OA

Objective:To study the antipruritic effect of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium by systematically combing ancient and mod-ern literature.Methods:The traditional application of antipruritic effect of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium was sorted out and analyzed by consulting ancient herbal books of past dynasties.Bibliometrics was further used to summarize the literature records of Zan-thoxyli Pericarpium insecticidal antipruritic,and VOSviewer software was used to analyze the keywords,so as to provide scien-tific demonstration and literature reference for its subsequent basic research and clinical application.Results:In this study,com-bined with literature research and modern data analysis,it was found that the antipruritic application of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium be-gan in the Southern and Northern Dynasties,mainly based on killing insects,and expanded to a variety of pruritus diseases in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,forming a theoretical system of"A expelling wind,killing insects,drying dampness and detoxifica-tion".Modern research showed that eczema,atopic dermatitis and psoriasis were hot diseases.Zanthoxyli Pericarpium was a high-frequency antipruritic drug,which was often combined with heat-clearing and dampness-drying drugs for damp-heat skin dis-eases,reflecting the characteristics of"warm-dry synergy".The application history of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium reflected the cog-nitive evolution from simple practice to theoretical systematization,from single insecticide to overall syndrome differentiation and treatment of damp-heat.Conclusion:Its external use characteristics of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium also reflect the wisdom of drug use according to different drugs.This study can provide historical and modern theoretical support for the modern clinical application of insecticidal antipruritic effect,and help to promote the modern research and application practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of specific skin diseases.
