冬虫夏草多糖提取方法比较与优化OA
Comparative study on extraction methods and process optimization of Cordyceps polysaccharides
目的:为了提升冬虫夏草多糖的提取效率,对其提取工艺进行优化.方法:采用超声波辅助提取法和内部沸腾法对冬虫夏草多糖进行提取,并通过单因素实验比较两种方法对多糖提取率的影响,筛选最佳方法进行Box-Behnken响应面试验优化提取工艺.结果:超声波辅助提取法对冬虫夏草多糖的提取率优于内部沸腾提取法,提取率分别为2.718%和2.058%.经响应面分析确定,冬虫夏草多糖的最佳提取工艺参数为:超声温度为55℃,超声功率为280 W,超声提取时间为30 min,液料比为30.在上述条件下进行了三次重复实验以验证优化工艺的可靠性,最终测得的多糖平均提取率为2.714%.结论:优化后的冬虫夏草多糖提取工艺高效、省时、稳定,有利于天然冬虫夏草多糖的进一步开发利用.
Objective:To improve the extraction yield of Cordyceps polysaccharides and optimize the extraction process of Cordyceps polysaccharides.Methods:Cordyceps polysaccharides were extracted using ultrasound-assisted extraction and internal boiling method,and the effects of these two methods on polysaccharide yield were compared through single-factor experiments.The optimal method was selected for further Box-Behnken response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process.Re-sults:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction method outperformed the internal boiling method,with extraction rates of 2.718%and 2.058%,respectively.Through response surface analysis,the optimal extraction conditions for Cordyceps polysaccharides were determined as follows:ultrasonic temperature set at 55℃,ultrasonic power adjusted to 280 W,ultrasonic treatment time of 30 min,and a liquid-to-material ratio of 30.Three replicate experiments were conducted under these conditions to verify the reliabil-ity of the optimized process,resulting in an average polysaccharide extraction yield of 2.714%.Conclusion:The optimized extrac-tion process is efficient,time-saving,and conducive to the further development and utilization of natural Cordyceps.
