从神、魂、魄与"正邪"的关系探讨异态睡眠的病机与辨治OA

Parasomnia is characterized by recurrent vocalizations and involuntary movements during sleep,which may lead to decreased sleep quality.Spirit,ethereal soul,and corporeal soul together constitute the core of human mental and emotional activities.External stimuli can be categorized as"zheng-xie"(正邪,proper yet potentially disruptive influences)and"yin-xie"(淫邪,excessive or pathogenic influences).Although zheng-xie,such as seasonal changes,noise,and emotional fluctuations,generally exert relatively mild effects,if the invasion is intense or if ethe-real soul and corporeal soul are disturbed,it may disrupt the circulation of ying-wei(营卫),resulting in the failure of spirit to govern and the disharmony or separation of ethereal soul and corporeal soul.This constitutes the core patho-genesis of parasomnia.Based on this understanding,treatment may involve a comprehensive approach including phy-sical elimination of pathogenic factors,emotional regulation,physical exercise,and medicinal methods to reinforce the healthy qi.Emphasis should be placed on supplementing the heart and consolidating spirit,nourishing the blood and calming ethereal soul.Modified Tianwang Buxin Pill(天王补心丹)may be used to supplement heart qi,calm the heart and the mind,while modified Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤)may be applied to regulate and supplement the liver and kidney,promote qi movement and invigorate blood circulation.This provides theoretical insights and therapeutic approaches for the differentiation and treatment of parasomnia with traditional Chinese medi-cine.
