高职院校党校智慧网络平台建设路径与实践OA
Construction path and practice of the intelligent network platform for Party schools in higher vocational colleges
针对高职院校党校普遍存在的职能弱化、运行效率低下及资源分散等现实困境,探索其数字化转型的可行路径.文章以四川、重庆、陕西三地多所高职院校的调研为基础,系统梳理了党校在机构设置、人员构成及运行机制方面的现状.在此基础上,提出构建智慧网络平台作为提升党校治理效能的解决路径,从平台定位、功能模块、技术架构与数据对接四个维度构建平台设计框架,并结合党校运行特点,从制度保障、迭代优化、使用培训与安全管理等方面提出运维对策,旨在为高职院校党校数字化转型提供参考.
In response to the common practical difficulties faced by Party schools in higher vocational colleges,such as weakened functions,low operational efficiency,and scattered resources,this article explores feasible paths for their digital transformation.Based on research conducted in multiple higher vocational colleges in Sichuan,Chongqing,and Shaanxi,the article systematically reviews the current situation of Party schools in terms of institutional setup,personnel composition,and operational mechanisms.On this basis,it proposes constructing an intelligent network platform as a solution to enhance the governance efficiency of Party schools.The platform design framework is built from four dimensions:platform positioning,functional modules,technical architecture,and data integration.Combined with the operational characteristics of Party schools,operational strategies are proposed from the aspects of institutional guarantees,iterative optimization,user training,and security management.The aim is to provide a reference for the digital transformation of Party schools in higher vocational colleges.
