完整居住社区是满足居民基本生活需求的核心载体,机器人技术的融入有助于提升居民生活的便捷度与社区治理的智慧化水平.文章以社区配套设施和机器人空间需求为切入点,系统梳理完整居住社区中的机器人应用场景,归纳总结机器人在工作、交通及运维等方面的空间要求,进而提出弹性兼容、分级共存、虚实结合、动态运营等人机友好的完整社区空间组织策略.研究旨在丰富居住空间规划理论体系,为智慧社区及智慧城市建设提供参考.

A complete residential community is the core carrier that meets the basic living needs of residents.The integration of robotic technology helps to enhance the convenience of residents'lives and the smart level of community governance.This article takes community supporting facilities and the spatial needs of robots as entry points to systematically sort out the application scenarios of robots in complete residential communities,summarize and categorize the spatial requirements of robots in work,transportation,and operation and maintenance,and further propose human-friendly complete community spatial organization strategies such as flexible compatibility,hierarchical coexistence,virtual-real integration,and dynamic operation.The study aims to enrich the theoretical system of residential space planning and provide a reference for the construction of smart communities and smart cities.
